advocacy. onli to discover i'm back with john o'sullivan. and that i suck in examination-in-chiefs. (asked too many leading questions) *swt*

drafting. my defence was okay but my part 20 claim was excellent?! whoaa... i think i'm better off as a legal clerk and not a barrister. *winks*

tuesday

family law. john o'sullivan for the second time in 2 days! despite my complaints, apparently he's the best in family law. struggling hard to stay awake while he talks S L O W L Y about non-molestation orders and occupational orders. *yawns*

civil procedure. surprised myself and ross fletcher by answering most of his questions correctly considering the fact that i did not really prepare for the class. *grins* (sshh... don't tell anyone!!!)

wednesday

nothing much to say about chris rose... though i was waiting for him to blush! *winks*

had nandos with karen and komi. stuffed by the time we went back to uni for guest lecture. *yummy*

which, btw... was about employment tribunals. BORING! her voice was so droning... had to use all my willpower to stay awake whilst passing notes to komi. actually fell asleep a lotta times!!! *zzzzz*

thursday

professional negligence with andrew hutchinson. and he was half an hour late! and omg... he's growing a beard! and omg... he's 33!!! and omg... not bad a class. really interesting. only problem is, i was lost. looks like i got to do more reading on clinical negligence. *swt*
