(WHAT!?! u gotta be kidding me) - actually i think i said this out loud.

good grief. what hav i gotten myself into? i've never been co-emcee before!!! let alone spoken mandarin on stage!!! wht has gotten into me?! i'm not the type who's into public speaking!!! i must hav been talked into it! :P

speech by mei yoke, president of unn's msia society. (she's pretty, btw)
another speech by errm, forgot his name edi. but he's the vice-president of unn's student union.

and then we had another speech by viknesh, president of the newcastle university's malaysian society...

singing performances by voon and joe. they did 2 songs... redhotchilipeppers' californiacation and david bowie's i-forgot-the-name. but i was onli listening to the guitars. oooh... hot guitars!!! *grins* btw, apparently, voon joined the astro talent quest thingy...

and another singing. this time of an indian song by shuba, 3 indian girls. didn't understand. can't comment. :p

gosh, those guys performing the silat gave me a scare.
so fierce... i thought they would accidentally step on the candles on stage.

i gave up trying to speak in mandarin sometime in the begining. *hahaha* but, all in all, it was a fun experience... not to forget, kinda embarassing too.

BUT, i had a great master and i'm grateful he didn't scold me or anything. so full of encouragements...

thanks loads jian. though, i still hav no idea why of all the people u knew, u had to pick lousy shy ol' me... :P
and thanks too for accompanying me back all the way home after the whole thing ended.


my dad was so happy when i told him i co-emcee-d. he said it was good i tried it out.
*awww... shucks*


now i gotta rush thru all my sps-es and prepare for conferencing ASSessment next week!!! eeeepsy!!! :P

Well, is not about questioning Yu Jian's idea "Of all the people, you (the shy) was invited to co-emcee with him", but is about You yourself who embrace the personality that attracts people and allow someone to appreciate the charisma that instills inside you.

Is glad to know that you accepted to be the co-emcee, because by the end of the day, you found it was a good exprience and enlighten yourself.(Your dad are proud of you too!)

BRAVO for accepting such a challenge and everyone has his/her first time in each matter. Even one does not perform well for the first time, I always believe he/she deserves a SECOND Chance...is a matter of the spirit of willing to learn and improvements. By the end of the day, nothing is impeccable...coz:
